FAQ

How do I start when I only remember the venue?

Open the year archive, filter by year, then use a venue or artist hub — Levitt Pavilion, Fairfield Theatre Company, The Acoustic / Park City Music Hall, or Eggy — or name the night when you write.

Can my band share a frame on personal Instagram?

Music artists may share on personal non-commercial social media with full credit, no promotional intent, and no significant alteration. Promotional campaigns, merch, and most press still need a written license.

Do I need a license if I only crop a frame for press?

Yes when the use is press, EPK, or editorial distribution beyond the personal-sharing carve-out. Cropping does not replace a license or remove the credit requirement.

Are assignment rates listed next to licensing?

No. Assignment work is inquiry-based. Licensing terms for existing images are published on the licensing page.

Does a license mean representation of my artist or venue?

No. Licensing a frame is permission to use that image under written terms. It is not management, exclusivity, or house-photographer representation.
